A confidentiality agreement is often the first step in building a relationship between a Sponsor, the investigator and your organisation. The Sponsor will want to keep information about its trial confidential and a confidentiality agreement is the mechanism used to ensure this. Following execution of the confidentiality agreement it is important for you and your team to consider if it is feasible to conduct the clinical trial in your organisation. The Sponsor will also consider if your site/ organisation is an appropriate location to conduct their study

New South Wales Regional Health Partners respectfully acknowledge Aboriginal people as the past, present and future traditional custodians of the land and recognise their continued connection to land, waters and culture. We aim to partner with the Elders, community members and community controlled health services to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal people.
